30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be clean and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, tags, and documentation (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Zafraan Culture will cover the return shipping costs and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order through our website.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process after receiving your package.

International Orders

Our store's primary currency is USD. Where supported by Shopify, international customers may view prices and complete purchases in their local currency.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their local authorities.
